RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT
7420-65-2 AND COMBINING SAID IMPROVEMENT l•JITH
STREET IMPROVEMENT 7417-65-2
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council, at the request of the owners
of lots served by Anthony Lane in St. Anthony Industrial Park, has directed
the Village Engineer to prepare a feasibility report for the permanent sur-
facing of Anthony Lane; and,
WHEREr1S, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 26th day of
May, 1965, fixed the date of June 22, 1965, for a Council hearing on the pro-
posed improvement of Anthony Lane from County Road C (29th Avenue) to the
East Village limits; and,
UHE^Er-1S, ton days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given, together with mailed notice to
the landowners to be assessed, and the hearing was held thereon on the 22nd
day of June, 1965, at which all persons desiring to be heard were heard and
were given an opportunity to be heard; and,
kliEREAS, Improvement 7420-65-2 is best accomplished in conjunction with
Improvement 7417-65-2.
NEU T:IE'EFORE, K IT RESOLVED the plans for the improvement of Anthony
Lane from County Road C (29th Avenue) to the East Village limits by permanent
• surfacing not including concrete curb and gutter, be ordered, and that the
making of said improvement be combined with the improvement of Silver Lake
Court in the Harstad 2nd Addition previously designated as Street Improvement
7417-65-2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the combined improvement be designated as
Street Improvement 7417-65-2.
