RESOLUTION RELATING TO TIIE APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS

1960-2, l,later Improvement 1960-2 and Sewer Interceptor was previously adopted
and certified to the Ramsey County Auditor on the 9th day of October, 1961 , and;
t1HEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements Street Improvement
1962-1 was previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor on the
day of , 1963, and;
WHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roils have been divided and conveyed resulting in Ramsey County Division No.
35075.
NOt! TIIEREFO RE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor of Ramsey County to
apportion the outstanding assessments against these certain properties as
follows:
