RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 7417-65
VhiEREAS The Village of St. Anthony has advertised and taken bids on
the construction of Street Improvement 7417-65,Y, and;
WHEREAS sealed bids were publically opened at 12:00 noon on Monday,
August 9, 1965, and;
WHEREAS C. S. McCrossan, Inc. has submitted the lowest responsible
bid inthe amount of $17,006.72.
NOl-J THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby awards the contract for Street Improvement Project
7417-65/ to C. S. McCrossan, Inc., Route 2, Box 322, Osseo, Minnesota in the
• amount of $17,006.72.
Adopted this 10th day of August, 1965.
