RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND BUILDING
MODIFICATION FOR 14ELL NO. 5
WHEREAS the Village of St. Anthony has advertised and taken bids for
Chemical Equipment Installation and Building Modification for Well No. 5, and;
WHEREAS sealed bids were publically opened at 12:00 noon on Monday,
August 9, 1965, and;
WHEREAS LAYNE-MINNESOTA Company submitted the lowest responsible bid.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby awards the contract for Chemical Equipment installation
end Duilding Modification for Well No. 5 to Layne-Minnesota Company, 3147 N. E.
California Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota in the amount of $8,839.00.
Adoptad this 10th day of August, 1965.
