RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONEY FROM THE LIQUOR FUND CASH SURPLUS TO FINANCE
PURCHASE OF NEW ICE MAKING EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS the Village Council has authorized bids to be taken on the
purchase of new ice making equipment, and;
WHEREAS Resolution No. 65-06' awards the contract for purchase of
said equipment to Allied Store Equipment Co., and;
WHEREAS no provision was made in the 1965 Liquor Budget for purchase
of said equipment, ond3
WHEREAS the Liquor Fund has a cash surplus due to an inventory re-
duction during the second quarter of 19653
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes an appropriation of cash surplus in the amount
of $3,343.00 plus costs of installation of equipment into the 1965 Liquor
• Budget.
