• RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
WEREAS, the assessment roll for' local improvements Sanitary Sewer
Impr. 1960-2, Watermain Impr. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor 1960-2 was previously
adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on the 9th day of
October, 1961 , and;
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for local improvement Street Impr. 1962-
1 was previously adopted and certified to said County Auditor on the 8th day of
October, 1963, and;
WHEREAS, since such adoption certain property within said assessment
rolls has been divided and conveyed resulting in Division No. 35438;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor of Ramsey County to
apportion the outstanding assessments on said property as follows:
