DE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
as follows:
UIHEREAS certain improvements have been made adjacent to Village owned
property described as l•1 20 acree of SW 1/4 o." PIE 1/4 except road (18 50/100 ac),
and
WHEREAS it is the desire of the Village Council to cancel such assessments,
NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council hereby directs the
Hennepin County Auditor to cancel such assessments as have been placed against
the following described property:
W 20 acres of Sof 1/4 of the NE 1/4 except road.
Adopted this 28th day of September, 1965.
