RESOLUTION NO. 65-084
• A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1965 BUDGET AS PERTAINS TO FUND #80, WATER FUND
Sec. 1 . WHEREAS, no receipt estimates for the Water Fund were incor-
porated in the 1965 Budget, and
WHEREAS, it is assumed that the receipts would exceed the expenditures,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adjust the following accounts as listed:

• Sec. 2. WHEREAS, the amounts as appropriated in the original budget
will not be required for the following indicated accounts:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that funds be provided as outlined in
Sec. 1 above from unallocated fund balance to adjust for estimated expendi-
tures for the 1965 fiscal year in the expenditure accounts indicated, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above listed adjustments be made to the
necessary expenditure appropriation accounts in Section 2.
