• RESOLUTION
At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony duly held on the 23rd day of November , 19.E the follow-
ing Resolution was offered by Councilman Dougherty
seconded by Councilman Bailey , ; to-wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary
plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W within the corporate limits
of the Vi lma` of St. Anthone from the E_C4i8. Limits-
to S. Corp. Limits ; and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
2783-03 (T.H. 351=394)
• identified as layout No 10C S,.P 6284-25 (T•H• 35W=394), from 0.2 Mi. E.
of StinsonBlvd. in Mels. to St. Stephens St. in Roseville ;
and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled,
and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and
WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer
to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals
particularly identified and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered Trunk Highway
Number 35W within the limits of the Village of St. Anthony be and
hereby are approved.

favor of the Resolution Bailey, Sorenson, McNulty, Erickson, Dougherty

whereupon the Mayor and presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
