RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 1, 1966 AS CUT- OFF
DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony has
considered its 1966 construction program, and
9HEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit
on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time
to comply with the improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota
State Statutes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the
Village of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 1 , 1966 as the final
day for accepting petitions for public improvements to be included in
the 1966 construction program.
Adopted this day of January, 1966.
