• RESOLUTION NO. 66-015
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Sewer Impr. 1960-2,
Mater Impr. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor was previously adopted and certified
to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
tJHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roll has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 35820.
N014 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the out-
standing assessments as follows :
