RESOLUTION NO. 66-020
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION AND
SALE OF ,CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LAND IN HENNEPIN
COUNTY.
WHEREAS, Section 282.01 of Minnesota Statutes of 1961 provides that all
land classified tax-forfeited land by the County Board be approved as to
classification and sale thereof, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council does agree to the classification and sale
of said property list which is attached to and made a part of this resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony does approve the classification and sale of property as per atta-
ched list which is attached to and made a part of this Resolution.
