RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORTS
ON IMPRO[?EMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Council has received requests to undertake the following impro-
vements:
1. Stinson Boulevard from 37th Avenue to Silver Lane (Proposed
Cooperative project with Columbia Heights for concrete paving
with curb and gutter).
2. Stinson Boulevard area storm drainage system (Proposed coop-
erative project with Columbia Heights).
3. Roosevelt Street Improvement north of 33rd Avenue to serve area
platted as "Pat Pen" (permanent surfacing and curb and gutter).
4. Macalaster Drive south of 39th Avenue to railroad right of way
(permanent surfacing with curb and gutter),
and to assess the benefited property for all of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW TY-BEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed improvements be referred to
• the V`I!age Engineer, Comstock and Davis, for study, and Vhey are directed
to report to the Council in a preliminary way as to w1he ther the proposed
i-mprovements are feasible and as to which of said irprovements are best made
in cocreration with a,',i acent mlznicipalities or in connection with ot;.er
i,,mrove-ionts together with the estimated cost of each of the irprovements
as recommended.
