RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIM MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO
ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF COLUMBIA
HEIGHTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STORM SEWER AND
STREET SURFACING ON S`1'INSON BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Vi13_age Clerk are
hereby authorized to enter into agreement with the City of
Columbia Heights for the join--; construction of storm sewer and
street surfacing on Stinson Boulevard from 37th Avenue N.E.
to Silver Lane, said agreement is attached to and made a part
of this resolution.
