RESOLUTION NO. 66-027
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK
TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE ST. ANTHONY-MPLS .
INC. FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE LEASE DATED NOVEMBER
30, 1962, FOR A VILLAGE LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St . Anthony
that the Mayor and Village Clerk be authorized to enter into agreement with
the St. Anthony-Minneapolis Incorporated, who is assignee of St. Anthony Theatre
Incorporated, for the extension of the lease dated November 30, 1962 for an
additional three year period, for the rental of a certain store building 30' X
80' lying North of and adjacent to that certain store formerly occupied by
Fox Men's Wear situated in the "St. Anthony Shopping Center", County of Hennepin
Minnesota for a Village library, said lease provisions as provided in the lease
dated November 30, 1962 to remain unchanged.
Adopted this day of 1966.
