RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1966.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Village Council adopted March 8,
1966, fefcrts have been prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village Engineers, ad-
vising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements
are feasible, how they are best accomplished, and the estimated cost thereof,
and
WHEREAS, said reports cover the following improvements:
1 . Stinson Boulevard-permanent surfacing with curb and gutter-37th
Avenue to Silver Lane
2. Stinson Boulevard-Silver Lake drainage system
3. Roosevelt Street Improvement-permanent surfacing with curb and
gutter to serve area platted as "Pat-Pen".

4. Macalaster Drive-permanent surfacing with curb and gutter scuth
of 39th Avenue N.E. to railroad right of way, and,
WHEREAS said reports have been received by the Council on April 12, 1966,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council will consider said improve-
ments in accordance with the reports as submitted by the Village engineers,
Comstock and Davis.
