RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER AND WATER LINE
EXTENSION TO SERVE PAT-PEN PLAT
WHEREAS, the Village Council has received the petition of Horton
Connett for the extension of sewer and water lines to serve Roosevelt Court
north of 33rd Avenue N.E., and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to provide sewer
and water service to this development,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village engineers, Comstock
and Davis are hereby directed to prepare preliminary plans for the exte,^,sion
or sewer and water lines to serve the Pat-Pen Plat.
