RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SEWER AND
WATER LINES TO SERVE THE PAT-PEN ADDITION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Village Council adopted
April 12, 1966, reports have been prepared by Comstock and Davis, Village
Engineer, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to the feasibility
of the extension of sewer and water lines to service Pat-Pen Addition, how
they are best accomplished, and the estimated cost thereof,
WHEREAS, said report has been received by the Council on April 26,
1966,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council will consider said
improvement in accordance with the report as submitted by the Village Engin-
eer, Comstock and Davis.
