A RESOLUTION APPROVING DIVISION OF COSTS FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT 29th AVENUE
N.E. AND HIGHWAY # 8 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH
THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into agreement
with the Minnesota Highway Department for the Construction of traffic signals
at the intersection of Highway #8 and 29th Avenue N.E., the division of costs
to be as outlined by R.P. Braun, former Deputy District Engineer, per letter
dated April 4, 1966.
Adopted this I1 day of 1966.
