3E IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into contract,
on behalf of the Village, with N.S.P. Company for the furnishing of street
lighting. h. copy o` said contract being attached to and made a part of this
resolution.
