RESOLUTION NO. 66-047
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION
OF PLANS
Roosevelt Court - Street Improvement
Roosevelt Court - Sewer and plater Improvement
Macalaster Drive - Street Improvement
WiEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted April 26, 1966
fixed the date of June 14, 1966 for a hearing on the above improvements; and,
WHEREAS, said hearing was held following published notice and mailed
notice as required by law; and,
W EREAS, all persons desiring to be heard were provided an opportun-
ity to be heard on the ordering of said improvements;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that :
• 1 . The following improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the
resolution of April 26, 1966 and as set forth in the notice of hearing:
a. Roosevelt Court - Street
b. Roosevelt Court - Sewer and IJater
c. Macalaster Drive - Street
2. Comstock & Davis are hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements and they shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvements.
Adopted this 14th Day of June 1966.
