RESOLUTION NO. 66-050
• RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Storm Sewer Impr.
1960-1A, Sewer Impr. 1960-2, Water Impr. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor, Street
Impr. 1961-1, Street Impr. E, Storm Sewer 1, Street Impr. 2A, Sewer Impr. F,
were previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
and
WHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roll has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 35828.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the out-
standing assessments as follows:
