RESOLUTION NO. 66-051
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, San, Sewer, Water
Main, Sewer Interceptor. to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
I�HEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roll has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 36279.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the out-
standing assessments as follows:
A. Original Parcel - (81700024017)
(A)Soo Marie Park
Lots 23 & 24, Block 17
1. Resultant Parcels
(1 )Subj to Rd; lots 23 & 24, Block 17
All assessments previously adopted and certified are to remain against this
parcel .
(2)Esmt for widening of Silver Lake Rd over (A)
No special assessments against this street right of way easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and certify same to the County
Auditor of Ramsey County.
