RESOLUTION NO. 66-052
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS•
14HEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Storm Sewer,
Water Main,Sewer Interceptor, Sewer & Water, Street Impr., as were previously
adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
NHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roll has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 36305
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstand-
ing assessments as follows:
A. Original Parcel - (81031012064)
(A) Ex S 158 ft of E 183 ft; part, S of
RR R/W & E of line par with & 1021 ft.
E from W line, of SW 1/4 (subj to Rds
40 & esmts) in Sec 31, T 30, R 23.
1. Resultant Parcel
(1 ) Ex S 158 ft of E 183 ft; part, S of RR R/W & E of
line par with & 1021 ft E from W line, of SW 1/4 (subj
to Rds & esmts) in Sec 31, T 30, R 23•
All assessments previously adopted and certified are to remain against this
parcel .
2. Resultant Parcel
(2) Esmt for widening of Silver Lake Rd over (A)
No special assessments to be against this street right of Way easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and certify same to the County
Auditor of Ramsey County.
