RESOLUTION NO. 66-054
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
14H EREAS, the Village Council has been petitioned for the installa-
tion of a storm drain north of 35th Avenue N.E. and between Roosevelt Street
and Stinson Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has directed the Village engineer,
Comstock and Davis to report the feasibility of such a project, and
28, 1966 WHEREAS, this report was received by the Village Council on June
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony, that a public hearing be set for 8:00 P.M. on August 9, 1966
in the Council Chambers of the St. Anthony Village Hall at which time the
• Village engineers will present cost estimates to those residents affected by
the proposed construction.
