RESOLUTION NO. 66-058
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARIIING OF BID BY THE
CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS FOR JOINT STORM SEWER
CONSTRUCTION ON STINSON BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a joint contract entered into with the City of
Columbia Heights for the construction of a storm sewer system on Stinson
Boulevard North of 37th Avenue N.E., and
WHEREAS, it was agreed that the Village of St. Anthony shall pay an
amount not to exceed $12,152.81 , and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony does hereby approve the awarding of the storm sewer construction
contract to Rivard and Sons, Inc. pursuant to the aforementioned joint St.
Anthony Village, City of Columbia Heights Storm Sewer contract.
