RESOLUTION NO. 66463
RESOLUTION ORDERING SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVE-
MENT ON LANDS NORTH OF 35th AVENUE N.E. BETWEEN STINSON
BOULEVARD AND ROOSEVELT STREET N.E., AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council, following mailed and
published notice, did on the 9th day of August, 1966, hear all persons desiring
to be heard concerning a proposed surface water drainage improvement to drain
lands lying North of 35th Avenue N.E. between Stinson Boulevard and Roosevelt
Street N.E.; and,
WHEREAS, published and mailed notice was given as required by law
to all persons liable to be assessed for the cost of said improvement, and
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard as to
whether the Council should undertake said improvement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of St. Anthony
Village:
• 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted July 120 1966.
2. Comstock & Davis is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement, and they are hereby ordered to prepare the plans and
specifications for the making of such improvements.
Adopted by the Council this day of August, 1966.
