RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
1965 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 7417-65-1,
ANTHONY LANE AND SILVER LAKE COURT, AND 1965
UTILITY RELOCATION, 7419-65-1
WHEREAS, contracts have been let for theimprovement of Anthony Lane
and Silver Lake Court under 1965 Street Improvement Project 7417-65-1, and
for the relocation of utilities to serve the Medtronics property under 1965
Utility Relocation Project 7419-65-1; and,
WHEREAS, the cost of Improvement Project 7417-65-1 is $33,657.27;
and,
WHEREAS, the cost of Improvement Project 7419-65-1 is $1,529.64; and,
WHEREAS, the total cost of the improvements is to be assessed again-
st the lands benefited by reason of the improvement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of St. Anthony,
Minnesota:
1. The cost of Street Improvement Project 7417-65-1 is hereby dec-
lared to be $33,657.27, and the cost of 1965 Utility Relocation Project 74-19-
65-1 is hereby declared to be $1,529.64.
2. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village Engineer,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such
improvement against every assessable lot or parcel of land within the District
affected by said improvement, without regard to cash valuation as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspection.
3. The Village Clerk, shall upon completion of the proposed assess-
ment roll, notify the Council thereof.
Adopted by the Council this 9th day of August,1966.
