RESOLUTION ORDERING ASSESSMENT HEARING ON 1965
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 7417-65-1 AND 1965
UTILITY RELOCATION 7419-65-1
WHEREAS, by a resolution adopted on the 9th day of August, 1966, the
Council ordered the preparation of the assessment role for 1965 Street Improvement
Project 7417-65-1 and 1965 Utility Relocation 7419-65-1 ; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has been advised that said assessment role will be
available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be held on September
27, 1966 in the Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. to consider all the proposed assessments
and to allow all persons owning property to be assessed for the cost of the
improvement, an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. The
Village Clerk shall give notice by publication and mailing advising the property
owners of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing on the assessment.
Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of August, 1966.
