RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE VILLAGE
OF NE14 3RIGHTON FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTY
DITCH #3
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the Mayor and Village Manager are hereby authorized to enter into agree-
ment with the Village of New Brighton for the Improvement of Ramsey County
Ditch #3 as per plans and specifications attached to and made a part of this
resolution.
