RESOLUTION N0. 66-080
RESOLUTION PETITIONING THE MINNESOTA COMMISSIONER
OF HIGHWAYS TO SET THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON OLD
HIGHWAY #8 WITHIN THE VILLAGE CORPORATE LIMITS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony in compliance with Subdivision 5 of Section 169.14 of the
Highway Traffic Regulation Act, hereby requests the Commissioner of Highways,
upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, to authorize
the erection of appropriate signs designating 30 M.P.H. as a reasonable
and safe speed limit upon the following described streets and highways:
Old Highway #8 within the Corporate limits of the Village
of St. Anthony.
