RESOLUTION NO. 66-083
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS.
14HEAEAS the Assessment roll for local improvements, Sewer Impr.
1960-2, Water Impr. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor Impr. 1960-2, and Street Impr.
1962-1 was previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, and
WHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roll has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 37201.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstand-
ing assessments as follows:
