RESOLUTION RELATINGi 0 THE APPORTIONMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL tMPRbVtMENtSa
WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improveeadnts, Sewer Impr.
1960-2, Water Impr. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor Impr. 1960-2, and Street Improve-
ment 1962-1 was previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of
Ramsey County, and
MAiEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roll has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 37023.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstand-
ing assessments as follows:
