RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 1967 AS CUT-DOFF
DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony has consid-
ered its 1967 construction program, and
WHEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit on
the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time to comply
with the improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota State Statutes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 1 , 1967 as the final day for accepting
petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1967 construction
program.
