RESOLUTION NO. 67-011
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF CERTAIN
SECURITIES BY THE ST. ANTHOMY STATE RANK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the assignment of $1 ,150,000.00 in Securities by the St. Anthony State Bank
as required by State Statutes be accepted and that a copy of the pledged secur-
ities be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
