A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTING ASIDE OF
PROPOSED NEW SEWER RATES BY THE CITY OF ST. PAUL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the new schedule of sewer rates as proposed by the City of St. Paul be
set aside until a determination is made through the joint efforts of the
Village of Roseville to resolve rate inequities by negotiation or by legal
action, and that no increase in rates be made to Village residents until the
matter is resolved.
