RESOLUTION NO. 67-020
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF WATER PLANT ACCESS
ROAD DURING CONSTRUCTION OF ST. ANTHONY HIGH SCHOOL
ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the request of the St. Anthony School District #282 for the temporary use
of the water department access road on 33rd Avenue N.E. for construction of the
St. Anthony High School Addition be approved upon the condition that the
contractor shall repair or replace any sod, trees, road surfacing or other
structures that may be damaged as a result of such use. The Village of
St. Anthony shall be named as a co-insured on all liablility insurance prov-
iding coverage for damage to persons or property and shall be designated in
the contract performance bond to guarantee restoration of the property to a
condition satisfactory to the Village. Copies of the insurance policies and
performance bond shall be filed with the Clerk of the Village of St. Anthony
before such use shall commence.
