A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPAZATION OF REPORT ON
1967 IMPROVEMENTS
The Village Council has reviewed requests and reports pertaining to
improvements which should be considered in the year 1967, and
It is proposed to undertake the following improvement :
Silver Lake Road sidewalk improvement from St. "nthony Boulevard to
37th Avenue N.E.
It is proposed to assess the benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections
429.011 to 429.111 .
N014 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Comstock and Davis,
Village Engineer, for study and they are to advise the Council in a prelimin-
ary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it is best proposed individually or as joint improvements together with
the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
