RESOLUTION NO. 67-022
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON 1967 IMPROVEMENTS
The Village Council has reviewed requests and reports pertaining to
improvements which should be considered inthe year 1967, and
It is proposed to undertake the following improvements :
St. Anthony Boulevard curb, gutter, street, and ornamental lighting
from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road.
St. Anthony Boulevard street improvement from Silver Lake Road to
Interstate Highway 35 W.
Stinson Doulevard curb, gutter and street improvement from 37th
Avenue to Silver Lane.
Silver Lane curb, gutter, street, and sanitary sewer improvement
from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive.
• 33rd Avenue N.E. street improvement from Stinson Boulevard to a
point approximately 500 feet East of Silver Lake Road.
Penrod Street improvement from 37th Avenue to Silver Lane.
It is proposed to assess the benefited property for all of a portion
of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections
429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the proposed improvements be referred to Comstock and Davis,
Village Engineer, for study and they are to advise the Council in a prelim-
inary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to
whether they are best proposed individually or as joint improvements togeth-
er with the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
