• A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE POSTING OF SURETY
BOND TO GUARANTEE PAYMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVIED AGAINST DIAMOND EIGHT TERRACE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council has been informed by the
Rasmey County Auditor that special assessments will not be collected against
Diamond Eight Terrace Addition, and
WHEREAS, special assessments unpaid are in the amount of $9,226.13,
and
WHEREAS, the refusal of the Ramsey County Auditor to collect said
assessments is due to divisions of property into several parcels, which prop-
erty division has not been approved by the Village Council, nor does it rete1n
all of the property which was a part of the Diamond Eight Terrace Addition,
and
WHEREAS, the property owners have divided the property in such a
way as to separate a tract of land abutting on 37th Avenue N.E. from the
Diamond Eight Terrace Addition,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.07,
Subdivision 3, that the owner or owners of the property described as:
• E. 295 9/10' of lot 2. N. 351 of E. 1/2 of lot 4 and of lot 3.
Block 9, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition,
Ex. N. 351 of E. 1/2 of lot 4, & Ex. W. 901 of lot 5, Block 99

2-Currently owned as Diamond Eight Terrace Addition, shall file, by June . 1 ' 1967,
with the Village Clerk, a surety bond in the amount of $9,226. 13 in favor of
the Village of St. Anthony to guarantee payment of special assessment balances
due for Municipal Improvements. The Village Clerk is hereby instructed to
give notice of this surety bond requirement to owner or owners of the above
described property.
