A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT TO SUPPLY WATER TO
WERNER TRANSFER CO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agree-
ment with Werner Transfer Company, Roseville, Minnesota, for the supplying
of water, said agreement to be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
