RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS the Assessment roll for local improvements, Sewer Imp.
1960-2, llater Imp. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor Imp. 1960-2, and was previously
adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
l•JHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roil hab been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division No. 37595.
Now therefore be it resolved that the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstand-
ing assessments as follows:
