RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENT 1966-1 AND WATER, SEWER AND
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1966-1.
By a resolution adopted by the Village Council on August 22, 1967
the Council ordered the preparation of the assessment roll for Street Imp-
rovemtnt 1966-1 and Mater, Sewer and Storm Sewer Improvement 1966-1. The
Council has been advised that said assessment roll is available for public
inspection in the office of the Clerk.
N041 THEREFORE, be it resolved that a public hearing be held on
September 26, 1967 in the Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. to consider the proposed
assessments and to allow all owners of property to be assessed an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such assessment.
The Village Clerk shall give notice by publication and mailing
advising the property owners of the time, place, and purpose of the hearings
on the assessments.
Adopted this 22 day of August 1967.
