RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF C.S.A.H. #153
1h3EREAS, the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony has
reviewed the preliminary plans for the improvement of C.S.A.H. #153, and
WHEREAS, it appears that reasonable consideration has been given
for curb-cuts to facilitate ingress and egress to the affected businesses, with
certain exceptions,
NOVI THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that approval be given to the Prelimin.
ary Plan for the Improvement of C.S.A.H. #153 as proposed by the Hennepin
County Engineer, and that a meeting be arranged with the Village Council before
final plans are drawn.
