RESOLUTION NO. 67-047
A RESOLUTION TO DISAPPROVE CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS AS NON-CONSERVATION
LAND AND TO IMPLEMENT ACTION TO ACQUIRE SUCH
LAND FOR VILLAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the Land Commission of Ramsey County has requested the
approval of the St. Anthony Village Council for the classification of the
following tax forfeited lands:
Lot 1, Block 2, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition
as non-conservation land and,
WHEREAS these lands should be retained in public ownership for
water impoundment and flood plain for Ramsey County Ditch #3.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Anthony Village Council
disapprove the classification of Lot 1, Block 2, Mounds View Acres 2nd Addition
as non••conservation land.
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Attorney be directed to take
such action as is required to bring land under jurisdiction of the Village
of St. Anthony.
