BE IT RESOLVED by-the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony that the use of surplus monies in Fund #90, Liquor Store Fund, be approved for the temporary financing of improvements to Ramsey County Ditch #2, 3, as per agreement with the Villages of Roseville and New Brighton and as set forth in letters from the Ramsey County Auditors office dated October 17, 1967, under the signature of William J. Peters, said Fund #90 to be reimbursed at the rate of 6% interest per anum until such time as Improvement Bonds are sold for the permanent financing of said improvements.
