RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS the assessment roll for local improvements, Sewer Improvement
1960-2, Water Impr. 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor Ir,pr. 1960-2 were previously
adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
WHEREAS since such adoption certain property within said assessment
roil has been divided and conveyed, resulting in Division 140. 37380.
NOW ITIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor to apportion the outstand-
ing assessments as fol?ows:
