RESOLUTION NO. 68-012
• RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER
TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR CERTAIN HENNEPIN COUNTY
TAX FORFEITED LANDS.
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has been informed by the Hennepin
County Auditor that certain lands located in the Village of St. Anthony
have forfeited to the state for non-payment of real property taxes; and,
WHEREAS, said lands have been used and are needed for municipal
roadways and easement purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, 9E IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager be
authorized to make application for conveyance by the State of Minnesota of
the following described lands to the Village of St. Anthony:
The East 30 feet of the North 328.18 feet of the South
988.18 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township
29, Range 23. (Parcel 576)
The hest 30 feet of the East 396 feet of the North
328.18 feet of the South 988.18 feet of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 6, Township 29, Range 23. (Parcel 579).
• The South 30 feet of Tract C, Registered Land Survey
898. (Parcel 4520)
Adopted by the Village Council this 13th day of February, 1968.
