RESOLUTION REVOKING COUNTY STATE AID HIGHt,JAYS
111HEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of
St. Anthony that the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a
Municipal State .'did Street under the provisions of Minnesota Let-is;
NOU TH ERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of St. Anthony that the road described as follows, to-wits
39th Avenue N.E. from Silver Lake Road to Fordham Road
Fordham Road from 39th Avenue N.E. to Silver Lane
be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is ;iareby authorized
• and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration.
Adopted this 12th day of March, 1968.
