A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THAT
PART OF LOT 17, BLOCK 11, MOUNDSVIEW ACRES SECOND
ADDITION LYING EAST OF CHANDLER DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony
that the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a purchase
agreement with Happy's Potato Chip Company, Kenneth R. Dunphy, president, for
the purchase of that part of Lot 17, Block 11 , Moundsview Acres 2nd Addition,
for the sum of $6,734. 14, said agreement providing for a $500.00 earnest
money payment and the balance of $6,234. 14 to be paid upon a favorable title
opinion by the Village Attorney.
